We had been battling bed bugs for about 3 years. Two different companies each spent about a year repeatedly treating our home. We spent thousands. Neither company was able to get rid of them completely and we were told that “control” not elimination was going to be our only option. Brian from GP Home Defense came out and assessed the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us about bed bugs and discuss all of our available options. He was very thorough in treating our home, and after just one treatment the difference was phenomenal. Most of the bugs were gone within a few days, and within the first month all of the stragglers perished. We know that reintroduction of these evil creatures from school, work, or who-knows-where is highly likely, and we never want to go through that again. We are now on a regular preventative plan with GP Home Defense that insures that any bugs that might be brought into our home won’t be able to re-infest it.
