After dealing with a fairly severe bed bug infestation for far too long Brian and his staff were able to do their inspection in a very professional manner and clearly lay out the options with the problems that we had. After a lot of anxiety about the price and the effectiveness of bed bug treatments by exterminators Brian was able to put a lot of our fears to rest and our problem was taken care of for the most part in one treatment and completely eradicated within two Brian and his staff are non-invasive and very professional they’re very knowledgeable about their profession and are very good at sharing that knowledge in a clear manner that’s easy to understand I would use him anytime anyplace. We battled bed bugs for almost 3 years. Everything we tried seemed to just make them worse. My husband even sprayed with a chemical he bought at a farm store. I read how hard it is to get rid of and stay rid of bedbugs and was distraught over how much it was going to be financially with the risk of it not working. GP Home Defense returned a frantic call from me over the weekend! They came out to assess our situation (on the weekend) and took the time to explain in detail what was going on at our house. They were not pushy at all and were very professional. They came out to treat our house in that same week. It has been over a month since the treatment and we haven’t seen a single bug! Brian has checked in with us as well, so the after care continues. Now that we know what to watch for we are keeping a close eye on our house. If we see any signs of bugs returning or any other bug problems we will definitely be calling GP Home Defense to help us again. Quick to respond, very friendly and they did a great job.

The fleas have been really bad this year, couldn’t seem to get rid of them (would always see them while vacuuming) even with all the animals on flea meds, but they are gone haven’t seen any since then, thanks a lot.

In the fall of 2018, we discovered that we had an infestation of bed bugs. After talking to 3 exterminators, we decided to have Brian Metzger (GP Home Defense) for our job.

He came promptly and treated the house. He told us that he would have to come back for another treatment, which he did. He came back again the 3rd time, but he was sure that would take care of them. Brian came to check and found no live bugs..

It has been 10 months, and we have seen no evidence of any bugs.

Brian got the job done and made sure our home was safe and critter free!

We had been battling bed bugs for about 3 years. Two different companies each spent about a year repeatedly treating our home. We spent thousands. Neither company was able to get rid of them completely and we were told that “control” not elimination was going to be our only option. Brian from GP Home Defense came out and assessed the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us about bed bugs and discuss all of our available options. He was very thorough in treating our home, and after just one treatment the difference was phenomenal. Most of the bugs were gone within a few days, and within the first month all of the stragglers perished. We know that reintroduction of these evil creatures from school, work, or who-knows-where is highly likely, and we never want to go through that again. We are now on a regular preventative plan with GP Home Defense that insures that any bugs that might be brought into our home won’t be able to re-infest it.
